Dr. Buske has received world-class training in occlusion and full mouth rehabilitation at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies and completed an Implantology preceptorship the University of Texas, San Antonio.

Known for his excellence in cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Buske has cultivated professional relationships with some of the premier ceramists and lab technicians in America. With his advanced training and artistic eye combined with our minimally invasive technology, Dr. Buske can easily transform your smile and confidence.

Dr. Buske is not only a highly skilled and accredited dentist that can completely rehabilitate your smile, but he’s also one of the nicest guys in Granbury. His warm smile welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable, and his compassion extends from his heart to yours.

Originally from Wheaton, Illinois, Dr. Kelby Okada now calls Texas home, where he enjoys the sense of community and the growth opportunities that it offers. His journey into dentistry began with his passion for working with his hands and his desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Dr. Okada believes that a healthy, beautiful smile can transform a person’s life, improving self-esteem and overall well-being.
He holds degrees in Biochemistry from Knox College and Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University. In 2016, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Okada completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Lancaster General Hospital, gaining advanced training in comprehensive dental care. He stays current with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment methods by regularly attending continuing education courses.
Transforming a patient’s smile is one of Dr. Okada’s greatest joys. He understands that every patient is unique and works hard to recommend personalized treatment plans that fit each individual’s health, time, and financial needs. His goal is to ensure that his patients achieve the smile they deserve while feeling comfortable and confident in their care. One memorable patient story involved a challenging denture case where Dr. Okada helped a patient achieve a new smile just in time for a family celebration. The patient’s joy and renewed confidence made the experience truly rewarding.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Okada enjoys spending time with his wife, Nao, and their two sons. They love cooking, hiking, and traveling together, and often go camping when time allows. Dr. Okada also enjoys shopping for quality ingredients and preparing simple meals that keep him mindful of health and wellness. His love for family and community drives his passion for helping patients achieve healthier, happier lives through quality dental care.

Inspired by a family background in medicine, Dr. Grammer chose the dental profession to help people achieve their health goals and the smile they deserve. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Texas A&M University before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

For Dr. Grammer, dentistry is more than just addressing dental issues; it’s about improving overall well-being and offering compassionate care. One of the greatest challenges he helps his patients overcome is their fear of the dentist, and he is proud to make each visit as comfortable as possible. His patients are an extension of his family, and helping them achieve a smile transformation is one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.

Dr. Grammer takes pride in staying current with the latest dental technologies and treatment methods, always seeking better ways to serve his patients. He values honesty and integrity, recommending only the treatments he would choose for himself. His guiding principle is simple: provide the best possible care for every patient.

When you meet Dr. Grammer, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation and a warm, gentle approach that puts you at ease. With over three decades of experience in dentistry, he is known for his commitment to providing his patients with exceptional dental care. Dr. Grammer’s goal is to create a calm and friendly environment where patients feel confident that they are receiving the best care available.

Outside the office, Dr. Grammer is an active member of the Granbury community. He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, boating, hiking, or skiing. He’s also an avid athlete, having competed in five Ironman triathlons. Most importantly, Dr. Grammer cherishes time spent with his wife of almost four decades, their two grown daughters, and grandchildren.
